Our history

Leiricargo has a vast experience in the service of transport. Initially designated as Artur Figueiredo Lda (founded in 1968), was in 1990 that the current members have acquired the company for transfer of shares, allowing the latter to operate in the market with the current name since 1995.

Leiricargo has been growing gradually and consistently, start counting with a team of three employees and a small fleet the company now has a well extended team and fleets.

Leiricargo is mainly dedicated to the transport of goods nationally and internationally. Since its beginning to manufacturing has primacy at constant accuracy, flexibility and innovation.

It was in 2000 that the Leiricargo settled in what is now its location in modern facilities built specifically for the company, and properly equipped with all the handling devices and essential security activity.

In 2004 the company was certified by the quality management under the international standard ISO 9001.

From 2010 Leiricargo has been recognized annually with the status of SME Leader.

In last years the technological progress that has been felt, allowed the company to become faster and more competitive and reduce the effect of their ecological footprint.
